BEIJING, October 7 (AsianFin) – China’s Ministry of Commerce on Saturday described on the recent addition of Chinese companies and institutions to the Entity List as an act of bullying.
In response to a question raised by the media, the spokesperson of the ministry said China noted the move. The U.S. government in a short time placed Chinese organizations again on the Entity List subject to U.S. export controls under the pretext of the sanctions against Russia, the spokesperson said.
“China is strongly opposed to this typical economic coercion and unilateral bullying behavior,” said the spokesperson.
